About Me

DSC01625I’m a stay at home mom and military wife who works part time as a child nutrition consultant.

My amazing little guy was born in Vietnam and has been home with us since May 2008. You can read about our Adoption Story here.

After a prenatal diagnosis of homozygous MTHFR at 12 weeks and a diagnosis of gestational diabetes at 27 weeks, we are thrilled to be the proud parents of a beautiful baby girl born in the summer of 2010.

Feel free to follow along as I explore life, motherhood, and a love of cooking and family nutrition. Cheers!

    Jen,

The book we discussed at lunch is “Breaking Blue” by Timothy Egan. It is an old book (1990’s) about a crime that took place in the 1930’s in Spokane. (True Story.)

  3. I think you gave me your password but I can’t find it…can I have it again please?
